Papers

Submitters with acceptances, please complete the  following:

1. If you are a student member, let your Chapter Advisor(s) and Department Chair(s) know about your acceptance. They will want to know of your success, and they can be resources to help you secure any institutional funding.
2. Log into your ExOrdo submission account no later than January 17 to accept your acceptance or notify us that you will not be able to attend. This “acceptance of your acceptance” is crucial, as we begin to sort papers into topic-based sessions to schedule your reading. The form takes only a few moments of your time. RSVP your Submission.
3. Once you have completed the RSVP and no later than January 17, you must Submit Your Final Submission on the My Final Submissions card in your dashboard. Please do NOT edit your paper title, name, or email address. If you need to change your name or email address, send an email that includes your submission ID number to [email protected].
4. Register early for convention. Early Registration both saves money and ensures that your paper will be scheduled with papers on a related topic. Convention Registration, opens on January 4, 2024.
5. Look for more information about finding roommates to share hotel expenses. In January, we will add information about the activities in St. Louis.
6. Learn more about Preparing to Present before you attend.

Roundtables

1. Roundtable participants will be sent an email December 18 with instructions for completing an acceptance confirmation.
2. Register for the Convention between January 4-17 to be included in the program and receive the early registration discount.

Research in the Round

There will be a second submission round for Research in the Round table proposals due January 3. If you wish to submit a proposal to participate as a host, please complete the Research in the Round application form.
