The Sigma Tau Delta Hotel Group Registration
Sigma Tau Delta’s special pre-tax group rate is $149/night for Single or Double bed rooms (single, double, triple, and quad occupancy). A Single or Double bed room with Concierge Access is $179/night.
These special rates will be available until March 10, 2024, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs first.
Reservation availability within the Sigma Tau Delta block at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark will fluctuate daily between now and the start of the 2024 Convention. At this time, there are no longer rooms available in the block for the duration of our event. Sigma Tau Delta has established an overflow block at the nearby Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch.

We must receive your request by March 1, 2024. Sigma Tau Delta is not responsible for roommate compatibility. Attendees are responsible for their own reservations and expenses. We strongly recommend that roommates work out expense details in advance.
Convention attendees checking out of the hotel on Saturday morning but attending the Awards Luncheon can store their luggage in the Arch View Ballroom at no cost until they depart. Those requiring secure luggage storage can drop their bags at the Bell Stand near Starbucks in the lobby for tip service.
Parking
Convention attendees have a discounted self-park rate of $25 per night for up to 4 nights in the Stadium East Garage (diagonal to the hotel). When you enter the garage, take a ticket, and when you check in at the hotel you will need to let the front desk know you parked there and they will give you a new pass. Parking charges will be charged to your guestroom.
Opening day at the Ballpark will fall during our convention. Guests arriving on Thursday, April 4 between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. and those ariving on Saturday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. will need to pull into the front circle drive to pick up validation that they are a hotel guest. They need this verification to get into the parking garage and not have to pay at the time of entry. Also guests not staying at the hotel will need this validation. Guests not staying at the hotel will get the validation and enter the Stadium East Parking Garage. Then they will need to go to the valet counter in the West Tower lobby and purchase a $20.00 event validation sticker for their parking.
Transportation from the Airport
If you are flying, the Hilton at the Ballpark is located approximately 14 miles from the St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL). Information on shuttle services, taxis, ride share, rail, and bus transportation can be found on the St. Louis Lambert International Airport website.
The MetroLink Red Line Rail offers transportation between the airport and downtown St. Louis for $2.50. The closest stop to the Hilton at the Ballpark, is 8th & Pine.
