• Tabletop displays may feature programs/opportunities offered by your institution/business
• Choose a date for your one-day display at the Convention hotel

  • Friday, April 5, 2024, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• A 6’ skirted table with 2 chairs will be provided

  • Add a table to any advertising or sponsorship single event for an additional $50 per day
  • The cost to exhibit without an advertising or sponsorship package is $100 per day
  • Table price is included with Gold Advertising or as a multi-event package sponsorship

Event Sponsorships

Event sponsorships are available for purchase as individual session events or multi-event packages.

• Your sponsorship will be included with each listing of the event, including the convention website, program, convention event app, blogs, and email.
• We will print a banner showcasing your logo, which will be displayed during the event(s).
• Web URLs and QR codes will link to your promotional information.
• Add an exhibit table to any single event sponsorship for an additional $50 per day
• Sign-up early to take full advantage of digital exposure.

How to Place Your Ad

STEP 1: Complete the Form Below

Advertisements will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis through December 15, 2023, or until all advertising space is gone, whichever comes first. Your payment will secure your ad placement. Complete the form below to take advantage of this opportunity.

STEP 2: Secure Your Ad Placement

You will receive an invoice from the Sigma Tau Delta Central Office due within 30 days from issue. Your payment will secure your ad placement.

STEP 3: Submit Materials

Once payment has been made, attach the following print and digital promotional materials in an email to [email protected].

1. Ad for the Convention Program
   Submit your camera-ready print ad in a PDF or TIFF format.  The convention program will be posted in PDF format on the englishconvention.org website.
2. Digital Advertising Materials
   Your online banner ad and logo will appear on the English Convention App and on englishconvention.org.
   • A black/white image of your square logo format in JPG, PNG, or PDF;
   • A full color banner for the convention app (640 x 150 pixels AND 552 x 150 pixels in jpg or png)
     
   • A web link to the program you are advertising
3. Tabletop Display
   Choose your date(s). Tabletop displays will be assigned after February 15, 2024. You will receive details regarding display set-up and take down times in late February.
