Roundtable Confirmation
Submitters with accepted roundtables have confirmation details about their roundtables. Next, roundtable participants must confirm their participation and register for the convention.
Important Dates for Roundtable Participants
- The block for hotel reservations is now open.
- January 15 – Roundtable participants confirm you will participate in the convention by completing the Presenter Response form.
- January 20 – Early/Participant Convention Registration Ends
- The preliminary schedule will be available after February 15, giving you an opportunity to confirm the final details about your roundtable.
