The 2026 Sigma Tau Delta International Convention will bring together more than 1,000 of the brightest English students, faculty members, writers, and literary professionals from across the United States and around the world. This annual gathering offers an exceptional opportunity for vendors to connect with a dynamic, intellectually engaged audience that values literature, education, the arts, and the written word.

This year, we are proud to offer a secure vendor and exhibition space within the heart of the convention venue at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown New Orleans. Designed for maximum visibility and foot traffic, this space will serve as a central hub for attendees to explore books, products, and services that speak to their academic, creative, and professional passions.

Vendor Information

  • Individual vendor space includes: one 6’ table and two chairs, in a secure space.
  • Access to power and Wi-Fi available upon request.
  • Signage and vendor recognition in the program and convention app.

Vendor tables will be located in a high-traffic area near registration and main session rooms.

Rates and Registration

Vendor space is limited to 20 organizations and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We offer a straightforward, all-inclusive rate of $300 per table, with no hidden fees and no percentage taken from your sales. We hope this provides a simple and transparent way to connect with hundreds of potential customers.
