The General Business Meeting and Regional Elections are where our chapters elect Sigma Tau Delta’s next generation of leaders and discuss the present and future of the Society. To encourage your chapter to participate, every chapter with an official voting student delegate present at Friday’s General Business Meeting and Regional Election is eligible to receive a $300 reimbursement* ($600 for non-continental U.S. and international chapters).
This event is open to all attendees, but only student members of Sigma Tau Delta may serve as voting delegates.
The General Business Meeting will be followed by the Regional Causes.

*Voting Delegate Reimbursement: Each chapter sending a voting student delegate to the Business Session and Regional Caucuses qualifies for a reimbursement check of $300 ($600 for chapters outside of the continental U.S.). Required: Pick up the blue validation form at the Business Session and return the completed form at your region’s Caucus immediately following the Business Session. Checks are mailed shortly after the convention.
